How to Get Involved With PMC Unpaved

The Pan-Mass Challenge is hosting the inaugural PMC Unpaved in 2022 – and we want to see you there!

PMC Unpaved is an off-road bike ride over the scenic backroads of the Berkshires in western Massachusetts to raise funds for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Just like the Pan-Mass Challenge, 100 percent of every rider-raised dollar from PMC Unpaved will go to cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber.

Whether you ride, volunteer, or sponsor PMC Unpaved, your participation will help bring us closer by the mile!

PMC Unpaved is a one-day off-road cycling ride but a full weekend experience. Ride 30 or 50 miles on October 1, 2022 after committing to raise funds for Dana-Farber; the fundraising commitment is $1,500 for either route.

Register to Ride

The ride is the central event of PMC Unpaved but only one piece of the weekend. The fun starts Friday, September 30 with a campfire, and ends Sunday, October 2 with a sendoff breakfast.

Riders are invited to stay at Camp Mah-Kee-Nac, a beautiful camp overlooking the Stockbridge Bowl, where the ride starts and ends.

PMC Unpaved would not be possible without the support of dedicated volunteers. While the ride is October 1, volunteers are needed September 30 through October 2.

Volunteers are needed throughout the weekend for the following positions:

  • General Support
  • Logistics
  • Food Support
  • Cheering
  • Medical
  • Rider Check-In
  • Volunteer Check-In
  • Photographers

Thanks to the support of generous sponsors who provide financial contributions and donations of goods and services, PMC Unpaved is able to contribute 100 percent of all rider-raised dollars to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

If you or your company would like to sponsor the inaugural PMC Unpaved, please contact us.
