How to Handle Fundraising Checks

PMC Unpaved accepts checks made out to PMC Unpaved, the Pan-Mass Challenge, PMC, Jimmy Fund and/or Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Checks should include the rider’s name and PMC ID in the memo line.

Checks by Mail

While mobile deposit is the most efficient way to deposit checks for riders, donors and riders may send them directly to the PMC office:

Mobile Deposit

Riders may deposit fundraising checks via the PMC Unpaved App's mobile deposit (soon available for iOS and Android).

Mobile deposit is the fastest way to deposit checks to your PMC Unpaved fundraising.

Special Request Checks

Checks with special requests (matching gifts, in honor or in memory donations requesting a tribute letter, checks to be split among several riders, etc.) should be mailed to the PMC instead of deposited via the mobile app.

Cash Donations

Do not mail cash.

If a sponsor gives you cash, write a personal check and make note of the donor’s name and address. Alternatively, make an online donation in the donor’s name.
